"Was happy to get tires replaced even at the high cost. I had discussed and agreed with sales rep. to exchange the spare tire, that didn't get done; maybe for a valid reason, but it wasn't even looked at, although they checked 49 other issues. Seems strange that a tire store wouldn't look at the spare tire?? There is other work that I would have like to have done but did not feel comfortable. Really did not feel they want to establish a customer relationship, just a transaction."
