"I don’t know who you have working in your vehicle accessories department, but he was not only rude and slow, but my side steps fell off after a week in December. I had to stop and run through traffic to pick them up. I went to another shop to have them put back on and was told they weren’t even installed right the first time."

"My oil change light still comes on. Desert 215 does not believe in quality of work. I also had to return to Desert 215 because parts were missing and hanging from the car. Now, my oil change light continues to pop up on my car display. Desert 215 forgot to reset it. BAD, BAD, AND SAD. Now I have to return again to reset my oil light and check my ALIGNMENT. SAD. I paid over $3,100 and I am still returning back to Desert 215."
