"A year ago I was sold an interstate battery by a Roadside Assistance vender. The battery was not the correct size for my newer vehicle. I needed a new battery due to it dying and not only did Interstate staff service me immediately but they upgraded my battery to the correct size and didn’t charge me for the upgrade, but rather held The Roadside Assistance vendor accountable and charged them the upgrade fee for selling me the wrong battery. Because of their professionalism, the speed by which I was able to get this done during my lunch hour and their integrity to ensure that I was a satisfied customer are all reasons why I will always purchase my batteries from Interstate.
