"We brought our 2020 Chevy Silverado 350 in for a noise in the front end when driving over rough terrain. Steve helped us through the entire inspection process to the final pick up. Not only was he very instrumental in helping us understand what was going on with the truck, he even helped us determine which tire would best fit the truck for our use. We've had the truck for the past three years now and it's ALWAYS been a very rough ride on the road. We've always been told it's just like that with a "lifted" truck and we had to deal with it. After I picked up the truck today, it's such a WONDERFUL RIDE on the road and can HARDLY FEEL any bump on the road. The Las Vegas 4 Wheel Parts team has by far exceed my expectations of the repairs we needed on our truck. "Brought my 2024 Jeep Rubicon to 4 Wheel Parts for a suspension lift and other minor work. Dropped off my Jeep at 9am and received a call just after 1pm they were wrapping up work. That’s great customer service !! When I returned to pick my jeep up I looked over my Jeep and they kept it very clean. They are very respectful of your vehicle and I really appreciate that. "A couple of my close friends and I have been coming here for around 8 years usually to upgrade our vehicles. Wheels, tires, lifts etc… well recently I had a ball joint blow out on my Chevy 2500 and it damaged all sorts of things from suspension to the 4wheel drive and more. These guys worked with me thru the whole thing. I was able to have the tow truck drop it off at there location, surprise no appointment! They are always busy and there was not much room but they made room. They got to my truck quick and contacted me every step of the way with what was happening and needed to be done. The issues kept on coming as they went thru everything with fine tooth comb. They updated me and showed me exactly what was wrong to see for my own eyes. These guys are honest and knowledgeable. I was on a tight budget at the time and they did everything they could to keep costs down without cutting corners. I highly recommend this location and the whole crew from the front desk to the shop.
