"Terrible. Scheduled an appointment with their service time, with all the recall information they needed, a week in advance. When I showed up I was told "oh we don't do that, go try our body shop up the road." No accountability, no help with rescheduling. Smh, never going here for service."
"2022 Ford Maverick Hybride 24K miles. Every time I make an appointment, I wait less than 2 hours for my vehicle if I am not too busy if so. Up to 4 hours. Friendly Ford Service staff and advisors do provide ride share services back to your home or job and also now provide dropoff services of your vehicle if so desired. I've had drop-off services provided once so far, and the vehicle was returned the way I left it."
"Worst service I have ever had. Went in to get a fuel pump changed. My wife drove off and there was no coolant in the car went she left. When we called them nobody answered. The voice mail was too full and couldn't take anymore. Couldn't leave a message. Finally got ahold of someone and the Saud it was my fault, and took no responsibility. Tried to blame a small leak on my water pump for a gallon of coolant missing after my wife drove 3 miles. By the way after I filled it up haven't had any problems with it at all."
"Horrible!! These service POC and mgrs talk in CIRCLES to get the problems off there hands. They says Ford needs to approve, and then Ford says its the warranty dept. So I asked to speak to Warranty, then I'm told they don't talk to anybody. They said last time it was covered under warranty so why did we need to continue to pay for rental that by the way was for a month! Her car completed stalled and was not drivable. Was told to pay for rental and the her POC service person, Paul would look into it with "Ford". And my daughter kept calling on a weekly for the past month and the Mgr I just spoke to said she shldve opened a case with Ford. I reminded him and Paul that all along Paul said he was looking into it! Complete Circles! Friendly is not Friendly! Transmission Dept was a month behind but in order for your car to stay in line the car needs to stay on the lot! They kept panning off the problem. Ridiculous!"
"Very dissatisfied with the customer service here. First my car was done for over an hour and they never told me. Then the cashier blamed the advisor and viceversa. I asked for the report and again, the advisor said the cashier should have it, the cashier said she didn’t."
