Got there, a big fella with a big heart made sure I walked out of there with a new battery and went the extra mile in installing it for me. I was cold, hungry and with no tools to take care of business but although he was about to go home. He was able to take the time to assist me. Thanks a lot AutoZone. Hard to find outstanding teammates nowadays."

"I came by to purchase a battery for my Honda Odyssey. I had the part number in hand...The guy at the desk asked for my personal info to pull up my account. Once he pulled up my account he noticed the part number I gave him was on warranty. I didn't even know this. I had forgotten I purchased a battery from them. Most companies find ways to get out of a warranty, but this AutoZone found the warranty and offered free replacement. This warranty came at a really good time...near Christmas. I will take all the little miracles I can get. I really appreciate the honesty of the staff, this place has my business for life."
