"Perhaps I'll change the rating once things are handled. But I have a new vehicle that has a crack across the passenger window and been waiting multiple days without a response. Calling in the morning and later in the day to address the situation whether it's covered by the manufacturer or the cost out of pocket and recieved no help other than the original person ive spoken to not answering messages. Whether it's the last day of the month I've now owned two chevys and this is the first time I'm having to basically beg for help. Just so the car passes inspection and I can register the thing."

"Good morning everyone, yesterday afternoon I went to this place to buy a part that is in the warehouse because I had checked it in another deeler and the seller did not want to sell it to me because that part was in storage. My question is how you can save a part without paying for it in advance, for this reason and because of the question I asked to speak with the manager, this man only gave me an incoherent excuse that he couldn't sell it to me, it is a shame that after having bought three car in this deeler with the passage of time I never noticed this poor service in this department and the lack of respect, discrimination with which customers are treated is shameful, because they already know that there are parts that can be ordered without paying for them and They keep them all the time in the world haha, how ironic, I don't recommend this deeler to anyone, there are many in the city that do the job better"

"The people who work on cars here are awful. I wouldn’t get your car serviced here. I had some maintenance done here recently and later smelled gas in my car and now I have to pay to have it checked out. Also at the same time I had an oil change with that maintenance. I am currently at another Chevy in another state and they told me my drain plug was messed up because who ever changed my oil last. Now I’m out an additional $60 plus I have to pay to have my car inspected for the gas issue."

"I must admit I was a little skeptical at first as I found multiple online sites selling a red illuminated GMC emblem for dirt cheap and had very sketchy reviews. A lot of them would say that the seller was unresponsive, they received the wrong part, money was not refunded after returning the part, etc. So I certainly had my reasons to not make a purchase from one of those wholesale websites. Nonetheless, I didn’t want to spend over $400 for this OEM part. After pondering this for a few days, I decided to call the store and sure enough they are a legitimate dealer in NV. The person who picked up gave me the reassurance that I needed and advised that my part was indeed in stock. I proceeded to purchase the emblem online along with a license plate cover. Within 24 hours I received en email stating that a part needed to be ordered from GM so this was going to delay my order. I immediately picked up the phone as I thought I was being scammed after I made this purchase. Nonetheless I spoke with who I believe was to be the same person from the day prior and he advised that it was the license plate cover that they needed to order but the emblem was in stock. I proceeded to cancel the license plate since it wasn’t that important to me and had them ship me only the emblem. Sure enough I received a refund for the part I cancelled and received the emblem less than a week later. Let me say I am VERY SATISFIED with my interaction/purchase with Findlay and will certainly continue to buy discounted OEM parts from this site and refer others! Also, my truck looks amazing after this slight upgrade! And the best part is that I didn’t spend a fortune to get it. Thanks Findlay!"
