"Great customer service and showed my my oil after it was changed. They also changed my windshield wipers as well after I mentioned they needed to be changed. Also explained why my battery needed to be changed. My previous battery was three years old so I knew it needed to be changed. I just got my car paid off so I knew I wanted to get it serviced to make sure it lasts as long as possible. Oh and they also gave me a 20% off discount for everything. So I saved a good amount of money on everything. Definitely will be coming back here in the future!"

"The service was quick and the employee that I worked with was knowledgeable and explained all the items for upgrade. I am willing to do anything to get the best miles per gallon. The gentleman that I dealt with was concerned with safety for his well being and colleagues. It is pricey and it was very difficult to get out due to cars lined up for the car wash. It was not designed very well. Poor planning! It is an accident waiting to happen."

"Never go to this location, your vehicle will get damaged by them but the blame will be on you. Went in for emission testing but came out with a damaged front lip on my vehicle. A technician told me to pull up and my front lip got caught in between the gap of the ramp and broke it. The managers claimed I was missing hardware same as the previous review that I have read here. My vehicle never had any missing hardwares, I know this because I always inspect my Vehicle prior to use. Manager mentioned to me that there was a technician under my car and noticed that my front lip was “missing hardwares” prior to me pulling up to the ramp. If that was the case why did the technician above deck told me to pull up to the ramp, it doesnt add up. When I ask the technician that told me pull up, he said he doesnt know anything all of a sudden. Let this be a lesson and never go to a Valvoline location."
