"Everything was over cooked. Mozzarella stick with no Mozzarella, jalapeno poppers, with no jalapeno or cheese. Burnt zucchini sticks the whole meal was horrible. And the rest was nothing to brag about. I will not recommend this place or be ordering again."

"I order 100 worth of food. I large pizza with peperoni and onions . No onions on the pizza it was so hard and stell you couldnt chew it. I got wings these wings where so dry like beef jerky. I order shrimp they are burnt. The fried zucchini was so soggy in the inside it was like slime.NEVER EAT HERE. 2/26/2024:I ORDERD AT 6 AND IT CAME AT 830 PM. JUST LASTY YOU CANT WARM IT UP BECAUSE ITS ALREADY HARD..i called them to come get it and was told to call back tomorrow when the managers there or he will call me. I hope so today 2/ 27 i called to get qmy refund and was told by i think leanna that the manager will be in at 6. Then i called at 605 pm i was told the Joseph is the manager and he doesnt work nights only afternoon andnthe lady was very rude she put me on hold for minutes at a time she said there is nothing that she can do that she is the manager on duty. Rude very rude. I will bot give up until i get my refund. I WOULD NOT WANT TO EVER EAT HERE AGAIN. IF I DONT GET RESULTS I WILL DO MORE TO EXCULATE THIS ISSUES TO THE PROPERTY AUTHERTIES."

"Worst restaurant to come to Chinatown. Got cheese and bacon fries, ribs and fries, chicken philly, garlic balls and a house salad. Chicken on philly has been overcooked to the point that a couple pieces were taken out of my mouth because they were like jerky and that was with two bites of sandwich. Fries for the sandwiches use thick steak cut fries (thankfully they were one of the few things that were fresh)but they use crinkle cut fries for the cheese and bacon fries which they had redropped and yet somehow not hot at all because the cheese (shredded mozzarella I assume) was barely warmed over the fries. The salad and the ribs were good so thats why we gave 2 stars for the food. Waste of money, I could have gone to the gas station down the way and just bought a microwave sandwich and had a better experience. I have never wanted to throw my food at a building before but I really want them to understand how I couldn't even eat more than half the 60 dollars worth of food. I don't even take pictures of food for my reviews but definitely had to this time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY."

"TERRIBLE!! I ordered spaghetti w/marinara sauce & sausage and 8 wings. The sauce tasted like they just bought a can of Spaghetti-Os and dumped it in the carton!! The sausage looked and tasted like it has been sitting around for a week and then over cooked in a microwave!!! The wings looked like that has been sitting around on their counter for some days as well!! The food at this place is HORRIBLE!! I would not recommend this to ANYONE. Worse than jail food...and I have been in jail. DO NOT EAT THIS FOOD!! TRUST ME!!"

"I have never done a review of a place, especially a negative one. However, this place deserved AND SOME. If I could give a rating of zero or below, I would. First of all, I had no update on my meal for like 15 min past the time it was supposed to be here. I called, and the lady on the other end answers with “Hello”. And then, my food arrived 30 minutes later than the latest estimated delivery time. I opened the pizza box, and nearly puked. This pizza looked like it has been baked 12 hours ago, and then heated up when I ordered it through it Grubhub. The crust had burnt bubbles, and the chicken was dry and burnt. The cheese wasn’t even melted fully, as you can see in one of the attached pictures that I’m actually holding a piece of shredded cheese from the pizza. I called the restaurant, and was once again greeted with “Hello”. I informed the lady of my issue with the pizza, and she asked which hotel I was at. I told her I’m not in a hotel, I’m at homes I guess they’re used to serving people who are okay with the absolute mediocrity that they serve and actually charge people for. She put me on hold, and I went to check the rest of my food. The tiramisu was 1/4 the size ANY other tiramisu I’ve ever had, and looked like less appetizing than a plastic toy that goes in a kid’s kitchen play set. The garlic bread was barely buttered. Attached are the pictures. Idk why this restaurant is even in business still, it is the worst. I sat on hold for 10 minutes before hanging up and calling back, at which point I hung up and called back. SHOCKER: no answer."
