"One of the workers in here hovered over my husband and I the entire time. We were shopping and just looking around while we waited for a table at a restaurant and on our way out this girl yelled at him to turn around and show her what was in his back pocket. I’m surprised while she was hovering us, she didn’t realize he wore in his own Fanny pack. She just accused us in front of everyone rather than just coming up to us and asking. We told some of our other friends who are also of color and they had the same experiences. Fix your employees attitudes"
"My daughter found a pair of shoes she wanted. Unfortunately this location did not have the shoes that she wanted. Instead she purchased a few other items. The 2 ladies that worked there were very nice and helpful. Mall employees are usually not so friendly. The lady at the register apologized for the slow computer system during checkout. It did take awhile to check out. It was not thier fault for the slowness."
