"Horrible service. Waiting to be served, no acknowledgement that I was there, it was not busy, girls trying to figure out their tills as they shift change. But left me waiting a good 5 minutes. Then I ask for large black tea with 2 cream. Girl gives me a ice tea. I told her i asked for hot tea. And she said oh well.... and then looked at me lime she didn't know what to do. I walked away before I started to express my annoyance. Add in i paid $5 for watered down ice tea.. place is overpriced and poor service. Last time i was in RNO and ordered from this establishment, it wasnt much better."

"Horrible customer service. Two ladies opening up shop who are just talking not working. Then when asked what time they open one lady states when we are ready. Then said isn't there a time that you are to be opened. She said again when she is ready. What do you call this service? Garbage"

"The girl at the counter with the long dark brown hair was extremely unwelcoming and unfriendly. The first interaction was not met with a smile or hello. I asked her to rinse out my cup and she snapped we don’t do that. I asked for a bagel and cream cheese and she snapped again you can only have what you see displayed. I then asked for a large decalf latte and she charged me for a medium and I had to order a second one and had to pay again for a large. At that point she informed me there was only 2 sizes. The first one only filled my cup half way. When I informed her I could see why she had no tips in her jar and let her know I did not appreciate her service she told me she was reacting to me. I am a regular Peet’s customer and I must say this is the first time ever I have received such poor service and with attitude. I became angry at how she was treating me as I was needing to get to the gate asap as my plane was about to board. I told her I was going to inform Peet’s of my experience and she snapped back “that’s fine”, The next time I’m in Reno Airport I’ll buy coffee and food elsewhere."

"With being prime time morning hours, I walked up with no wait in line. I decided to try something different, the Havana Cappuccino. I enjoyed the darker taste and its cinnamon hint. The oatmeal cranberry cookie was soft and delicious. If there's hardly a line, stop by and grab something!"
