"This Starbucks is busy and way overpriced compared to ones not located in a casino? Perhaps there is a resort fee for your coffee?"
"This Starbucks has the worst employees full of attitude I had to go back and get my drink fixed and it still came out tasting like left over coffee water it was disgusting I don’t recommend this Starbucks your better off not having any and saving your money. DISGUSTING"
"Did a mobile order for myself and my hubby so he could have coffee during his morning meeting. There was a multitude of people who are attending the same conference as my husband and also did mobile orders. Were they running behind, yes because of the number of mobile orders placed. The staff was not only working efficiently to fill all the orders as quickly as possible, but they also took the time to answer questions regarding order status and gave a real time estimates as to how long the wait would be or how many orders were ahead of yours. KUDOS to the staff here as they are by far, the most organized and pleasant staff I have ever come across at a Starbucks."
"Great experience. Crowded in the mornings but worth the wait. Might have an added casino tax. Great service and the barista was really nice."
"The service is slow even when there are not a lot of customers. I waited 5 minutes for them to bag a loaf of bread and hand it to me. I didn’t even request for it to be heated so there was no reason for them to take that long, especially since I didn’t request it to be heated. Half the time I was there, two of the baristas were just standing there chatting and one was eating a bagel. It took them the 5 minutes I was waiting for them to acknowledge me and ask if I was waiting for something. When they finally brought me the bread they didn’t even apologize. Not satisfied by my experience."
