"Called Black and White Appliances on the Saturday before Christmas in a panic/ oven had crapped out. Ended up purchasing (all over the phone), new range, refrigerator, and microwave with sales agent Michael’s help giving me the model numbers so I could look them up online. Michael was very patient, took his time looking around the store and giving me measurements so I could make sure the new fridge would fit. We completed the transaction over the phone and Michael was at my door (in Truckee!) 2 days later to install the new appliances and haul away the old ones. I’m super happy with how everything turned out and I can’t believe they were able to pull this off just days before Christmas. I highly recommend Black and White Appliances in Reno!"
