Starbucks

"Came in on Jan 17th around 12 noon. I ordered two mocha lattes n a COFFEE cake.. The young lady who took my order was very nice but the young girl with long blond hair extremely rude !!! Should not be working there. I asked her what time they closed she responded WHAT” very rudely like I was bothering her she made the lattes n made that very clear after I received them when I was asking the lady behind her whom took my order that I had not received my coffee cake n the blonde girl rudely said that’s not my department I just make the coffees I made it clear to her zI wasn’t speaking to her zI was speaking to the lady who took my order in they tried to hand me everything but what I ordered 3 different times n still got it wrong I have no idea what it was but it definitely wasn’t a coffee cake I will never return to that location ever again. I go to Starbucks every day worst experience.."

"I’m not one to leave reviews, let alone negative reviews. However, this is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Drinks are never done on time, everyone that works here seems very unhappy. I have tried coming to this particular store at different times of the day and that doesn’t seem to make a difference. If you can avoid coming to this location, I absolutely would recommend that. You’ll spend longer time waiting for your mobile orders than it would to go to a different location and order at another store."

"This was my 1st visit to this Starbucks location I had not been here since I'm new to the area the store was in a great area shopping area I should say once I went in I did order and I noticed the whole facility was simply disgusting I can't believe how dirty this store was there were multiple staff there but the store was still very dirty and filthy as you can see in the pictures I will definitely not be back. Management I recommend that you guys clean up after each other and have at least one person cleaning at all times so it keeps up this should never happen."
