"Told her I asked for no whip cream in my drink, so she scraped the whip off the top and tried giving it to me. I gave the drink back and showed her that she forgot about the whip cream at the bottom of the caramel ribbon frappe, she said she would remake it but what she did was put it in the blender and mixed it all up. So now I have a runny frappe and my affogato shot is blended in, and I specifically asked her not to do that. She remade my drink incorrectly 3 different times bc she was trying to be lazy about her job. I left with my drink being messed up bc there's no point in asking her to fix it. I regret giving my tip before I received my order. If I'm paying for a $12 coffee with no whip cream, then that's what I should get. I immediately went to McD's and ordered a shot of espresso to try to fix my frappe. So I had to go to 2 diff places, spend over $12 and had to wait over 20mins to be upset"
