"We love these guys. We always order delivery, and they are very fast and fresh. Good people."
"I ordered delivery and paid for it with a debit card and usually they ring your doorbell and hand you a paper to sign but now I guess it’s a choice and because I don’t think I tipped the guy he left my pizza out on the doorstep which wasn’t even my actual doorstep because there’s two doors to my apartment. Somebody could’ve stole my pizza. Nonetheless, it was cold. This place is increasingly losing my respect as I order from them often and I just can’t seem to get a break with them. they’re alwaysconsistently either missing an item on my pizza not giving me my extra sauce or leaving my pizza on the doorstep without ringing the doorbell. They text you beware"
"The pizza came late and cold. Half of both pizzas were missing their middles, lol. I don't even know how that happened. Ordered wings and got melted cheese in a box. $50 for two half pizzas. Great deal!"
"I had ordered 1 pizza and 1 lava cake that said it would take 30-40 mins to be delivered. I called the store at the hour mark and the gal on the phone said she was a manager. I told her the tracker said the driver will be here in 40 mins which will put my entire order out nearly 2 hour from the time of placement. She said how weird the tracker says he's on his way right now (I live less than 2 miles from the store) and she said he's right around the corner so hell be there soon. I proceeded to wait another 30 mins and called and talked to the general manager Joshua. Gave him the same spiel on my order and he said well he'll be there in 20 mins. I told him im mad that the girl I talked to before claimed she was a manager and said he'd be there in a few mins (obviously a lie, doubt she even had a time frame just saying whatever to get me off the phone) I told him that's nearly 2 hours now from when I placed my order and it was supposed to be here 30-40 mins. I then proceeded to cancel my order. He said he'd give me a refund and contact the driver. Well 20 mins later the dude shows up at my door. Ringing my bell twice and knocking like a police officer waking up my 4 mons old baby. This was originally a leave at my door order so he shouldn't have even knocked in the first place!!! I made it leave at my door for this exact reason. Now I'm sitting here, kids hungry, I'm hungry, and baby crying. Called the store again to talk to Joshua and tell him his driver still showed up and he goes hmmm hold on. Then gets back on the line and said we called and texted him but he didn't listen. GREAT COMMUNICATION DOMINOS!!!"
"Very poor service, very poor customer care. Called about my food and to when it’s arriving since it’s been over an hour and a half and the manager got all mad because one of her drivers got into a car accident. I feel bad. But really not a customer concern or worry. This should not Have been informed. To the customer it is not a customer worry about how it’s food going to get to them. The manager Got mad when I expressed that it is not a customer problem to why their foods not being delivered. It is Domino issue she got upset. Cuss me out, called me all kinds of names. Denied my refund to my food and we had to go back And forth because I was not going to handle that. This is not professional way for a manager handle customers. She is not a professional manager or really a well trained one. The way she handle the situation was unprofessional. You don’t call people names because you’re upset that’s really childish the manager needs to grow up.a crack head could’ve handle the situation better then the lady on shift. Not okay. Asked for the store managers name was denied that. I’m Not coming back here again and this experience will be talked about amongst my peers. Because this is Ridiculous. And embarrassing for this company knowing that it has workers that will gladly cuss out customers when they are stressed. She should seek therapy or seek better ways to deal with stress and handle customers."
