I still have an MRI to get but all in all I’m on the road to recovery because I’m not one to sit down And take the pain .Anyway, he was very informative and I’d refer him to anybody ."

"I loved the office in Carson City. Amazing staff and very efficient. I would recommend them. The financial department was very unhelpful. After explaining I had lost my daughters Medicaid card to 2 separate people in the financial department they insisted that they couldn't help me. I finally got the number from the Medicaid office and provided it and when I was called the woman kept saying it was easier for her to get the card. I understand that it was easier but this is also a service to the customer. I am disappointed that they didn't help and dismissed me on several calls. I have worked customer service and this was not service."
