"Was seen here three times for a workers comp case. The staff and doctors were all very nice but honestly clueless. The doctor I was seen by the first time misdiagnosed my issue. The front desk staff were so loud, you could hear everyone’s medical problems. They constantly were having issues checking people in and completing my workers comp paperwork."

"Our daughter was sick during our visit to Carson city and we had a great experience. The wait was relatively short, the physician who saw us was excellent and thorough and seemed very competent. They called us back with test results rather than have us wait and our prescription was ready at the pharmacy when we got there. Great experience and recommend this place."

"If I could give zero stars I would. I can't describe the horrific way I was treated. Well I did in the renown survey and never heard anything back. Hey guess what renown I was in between jobs and have insurance again if you want to treat me like a human being instead of taking my $200 for my visit"

"I can’t attest to the quality of care received here because they never checked me in. On Tuesday August 24th at approx 4pm, I was told to have a seat and wait to be checked in and after about 40 mins of waiting to be checked in, I left. It wasn’t crowded so it probably was an oversight however it’s one that shouldn’t happen in this field. If you’re paying attention to your surroundings as in potential patients who are coming in, glance in the waiting area a few times an hour etc, oversights can be avoided."
