"First time going there and it was very clean. They were short staffed but were still able to help in ample time. I’m used to sitting at the vet for over two hours and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. They weren't able to complete something cause my cat is a fatty but I was able to prepay and come back the next morning and drop off Juno. Everyone was so nice there and it was such a difference from other vets I’ve been to."
"Took my 6 year old cat in. She had been acting out of character, and it looked like she had lost too much weight too quickly. Was able to be seen immediately. They recommended a full panel test and said she was a little bit dehydrated, but overall, not to worry. Would contact us as soon as her results came in. She died that next morning at 4:30am. I understand they didn't "know" what was wrong. However, I told them she wasn't OK and I'd rather have put her down than have her suffer all night an die slowly. Super sad for the whole family. They called a week later with her results. She had a high white blood cell count for whatever that's worth. They gave us a $25.00 credit towards our $150.00 bill."
