"I took my animals to this Banfield as an alternative to Stephanie's location and was pleasantly surprised. The wait was lengthier than usual when compared to the Stephanie location, but this was probably because only one person checked you in. Dr. Paulino was great, as always. I wanted to see him since our animals have seen him for several years. Overall, the experience was decent. I wish that we were able to check in faster."
