"Have been coming here for a really long time, too long it seems as the front desk staff is either incompetent or just doesn’t care. The last several visits have been less and less impressive. Too many people running around behind the desk and you employ argumentative nitwits who dont know anything about services and are comfortable challenging clients about the care of their pets. You saw us for the LAST time today, when after checking in for a scheduled appointment, you helped every other walk in, and “lost” our appointment AGAIN. Can’t believe I gave so many chances. DONE!!!!!"
"Great vet and staff! My dogs are not easy dogs at the vet. I brought 2 bullies there today for ear infections and they treated my dogs great and handled my dogs with care. The vet (kelsey) also gave me so much information and resources on preventative care. She was phenomenal! My last vet just wanted to sell you all the stuff, but this animal hospital is there to be honest and treat the animals. Highly recommend!"
"I have been bringing my Yorkies here for years. Every year a dental cleaning. Usually around $150.00 a dog. Sometime a tooth has to be removed around $50.00. Well I had Dr. Perkins this year for 1 fang tooth to be removed from 1 dog he said almost $800.00. OMG! Said no. Next dog they called his nurse said my next one needed some loose ones removed. His nurse wouldn't even say how much just way more than the first phone call. So I said just clean them and call me when ready. I paid over $800.00 for cleaning. Left feeling my dogs did not get cared for. Will not be back!!"
"Overall, I found the staff at the animal hospital to be great. However, the walk-in service was quite slow, which was frustrating. The doctor who treated my dog was nice and professional. My dog had a ruptured gland and I needed antibiotics and pain medication. I was charged around $25 per medication and $60 for the consultation. I'm not sure why I couldn't just get the medications without a consultation, but the doctor was helpful and set up a follow-up appointment, which I hope will go smoothly. During the follow-up appointment, the hospital was still busy, but they offered to see my pet without a room and were quick to attend to my pet's needs. I was surprised that they didn't charge me I figured they may just offer a discount for not using a room, but overall, I was impressed with the quality of customer service and care. This experience has made me decide to make this hospital my main veterinary care provider, as it felt like they prioritized quality care over exploiting their customers."
