"Pretty standard Thai food near downtown Reno. Service was good. Selection also food. Noodles and curries - as you'd expect. We liked the TV playing the preparation of the dishes. Good info. We will be back."

"Having been to the Sacramento midtown location, being in Reno for business I just had to stop in. I wanted to see if the Reno location would be as good as the 5-star Sacramento restaurant. IT IS! Okay, I started off with fresh rolls, and calamari appetizers, these were SO GOOD. OMG, then the Drunken Noodle dish, it was spectacular. I always order Thai Tea when I am home in Sacramento, so I tried it in Reno. PERFECT. The owner (Ric) was super attentive and he was excited to learn that I was from Sacramento. He recommended we try new IPA beers which were great. The interaction with the staff was awesome. It is so good to see an owner who is kind, supportive and attentive with his staff. I will be going back to the Coconut Downtown on my next Reno trip."
