"My dog wasn’t acting as his normal self. After requesting a last minute appointment, the staff was able to fit me in within 2 days. They told me what they thought may be wrong and gave me a price table to see the type of services available. After more talk with the Vet. he recommended we take respond step at a time and not rush into the high cost items. Everything worked out well and my dog is back to his old self. "My poor dog is having issues with allergies and his skin. He was scratching himself raw so I decided to get him some help. Theresa at the front desk is friendly and funny. Tiana helped us get settled by asking lots of questions and gathering information. She's was so attentive and caring. Dr. Perry was very kind, polite and patient. He thoroughly inspected my furbaby Joshua and did not rush the visit. The staff is fantastic. I am going here from now on. They work really hard and I felt they did their best to take care of my baby. Also, their prices are super reasonable! Thank you for not price gouging your clients and for giving us VIP treatment. "Dr. D. Perry and his team are in a class all their own. Such kind and wonderful caring staff. I have 2 Presa Canarios and a 3 lbs senior Pomeranian who they take care of as if they were their own pets. Polite, clean, knowledgeable, understanding and honest (even though I don’t want to hear about my senior) they deliver news with tact and compassion. I am so very grateful for each and every member of this office. I would highly recommend them to anybody with confidence and without a second thought. Not to mention, my Presas LOVE them which just reassures me that much more!! And my little Pommie is a trooper and lets them do their job and they handle her with the delicacy she needs. "We LOVE Providence Pet Hospital! They always take amazing care of our dogs, and especially great care for our dog, Rover, who is diabetic. Everyone in the office makes us feel so welcome every time we’re there. They all exclaim how much they love Rover and how much of a joy it is to have him there! This makes my husband and I SO happy knowing that Rover is being well taken care of. Dr. Perry is the best vet I’ve ever taken my dogs to! Theresa is so kind every time we speak on the phone and Carly took such great care of Rover at his last glucose curve. All of the staff is lovely to talk to and they’re very communicative as well!
