"Staff on the floor was nice and helpful. Cashier #6024277 was rude. After she rang up all my 25 of my items . The key pad stated I had a quantity of 26 items. I asked her about it and explained that the coupon she gave me counted as an item. It didn't make sense to me at first. I was simply just asking a question..it was clear she was Irritated she had to explain this to me.. I said thank you and good bye and she didn't say a word and just Stared at me....and completely ignored me.. I was so taken back by this horrible unprofessional attitude of this very young lady. She completely gives Victoria Secret A bad name. Customers should be able to simply ask a question about the charges they are paying without a young punk attitude. I can honestly say all the years I have shopped here, never have I experienced this kind of behavior."

"Horrible customer service. Now let me start off with I’ve been going to this Victoria secret for years and have always had great experiences with the employees, super nice and always helped me with the issues I would have. Now today was a different story, the nice lady that was helping me check out was super nice and was trying to help me in anyway she could. We had an issue come across where my birthday coupon and my free underwear wasn’t scanning for some reason but the thing is I haven’t even used the coupons at all I had just got them. So the lady calls the manager and the manager comes over and is looking at the issue and says we can’t do anything about it because it’s not working and your gonna have to contact the online support, and she was just not helpful at all she wasn’t trying to find solutions to the problem or anything, she was not nice at all was very rude and went back to her station, and then when the lady needed her help again she looked like sick of it like she didn’t want to come and help us and the last time the lady needed her help with figuring out something on the computer she stayed in her station and didn’t even look at her and said we can’t do anything about it. This has so far been the worst experience I’ve had and the worst manager that the Victoria secret galleria mall has had. I’m sorry but I don’t know what happened to the last manager they had but I would say the last manager was the best manager they had and the sweetest and kindest young lady. In the end I walked out very upset and am gonna have to go to a different Victoria secret to help with the issue they didn’t solve. And to say it was my birthday and Victoria member for years and credit card holder and I had the worst experience. We need the other manager back that had manners and was kind and respectful and found a way to make the customers happy with trying to find the best solutions."

"I'm still standing in line here. Only one register is open. It's taking a very long time to pay for the merchandise. Poor selection of bras and the entire store needs a good cleaning. Shelves with testers are repulsive. I'm not sure I'm ever coming back to this store."

"Husband had bought a some bras an undies for b-day and I needed to go in the next day to get sizes corrected. Was immediately helped and sized properly. Was a fantastic experience. Thank you ladies for all ypur help. Great job!"

"Line is super long not enough support. You need more people working cash register. The fitting team and entrance person seem helpful but it should not take this long for a return. Also sucks that the cash registers are in the perfume department. I have lung issues and the smell makes me sick with all the various scents."
