"Awful!! My insurance changed and I was forced to come back to CVS!! And I just can’t believe this! First they messed up my prescription and now instead of getting my prescription for the $11 I’m supposed to and did last time 30 days ago they are charging me $45. They are just so rude on top of it! My won’t CVS BETTER THEIR PHARMACIES? I will never come back here again!"

"Bad attitudes, mostly the woman, got 800 of the wrong diabetic test strips I can't do anything with due to a error on their end"

"WOW, what terrible service. I went in looking for Iodine. I went to pharmacy at back, was told "I don't work here" by first person. Went to second window and girl who was interested in playing on her phone asked from across the room, said what do you need? then went back to phone. I said service. THEN the genius in the clothe mask comes up to me. I said I am looking for de-colorized Iodine. He said, "did you take a picture I saw flash! No pictures in here" " I have no idea I was turning phone off and later saw I had hit pic button of the counter. He then said what did you want? I said I want decolorized Iodine. He said You can't take pictures, I again said I don't know,. THEN he asked again what I was there for. I said Iodine. He said I don't think we have that.. I said CAN YOU CHECK???? He went over to computer, then said did not have any. I left and was talking to friend and they said did you check website? I went and looked and it said they had exactly what I was seeking. DO NO USE THIS STORE! Service does NOT exist there! It was the worst experience I have ever had at "full service" pharmacy. I pharmacist wearing a cheap clothe mask that clearly states does nothing to stop covid on box is just advertising they know nothing! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE unless you want to be abused!"

"I like that it's spaced out relative to all the other CVS's I've been to across the country. High ceilings and wide aisles. Pharmacy wait was way longer than other CVS's, though. It was rush hour, but they still only had 1 cashier instead of 2, even though there were lots of employees working behind the counter in the pharmacy. So the pickup line was 6 or 7 people long."

"I have been trying online for 2 days to get an appt at the minute clinic for my mother. It is impossible. Today I called and all I could get were the clinic hours. They want you to go online but then it doesn’t work. I am frustrated as heck that I can’t get a person to speak to when I’ve wasted so much time on this. Online Customer service is a 0."
