"This place just keeps getting worse. For medications, they should be able to tell when maintenance medications are coming due. Yet, the day I should be able to get the medications 3 out of 3 were out of stock and took days to get in. Then, I get notified the medication is finally available and a few hours later, "reminder" texts telling me to pick the medication up. Why is it now an emergency for me to drop everything and pick up medications delayed by CVS? Plus, I had to skip a day on my medications because they were out of stock. Oh, I can drive around wasting my gas to find it elsewhere...but who can afford that these days with gas prices? Let's not forget the other elements of CVS. Trying to check out is a nightmare. Only 1 of the registers ever seems to work (or so the staff claims). If someone needs help on the self-checkout and the 1 register is occupied by someone checking out with 50 items they want re-scanned...it makes for a super long wait for everyone else. CVS has a partnership with Capital One to accept cash to deposit into accounts. Yet, this location has about a 20% chance of success. Go to the location on Vista and they never seem to have a problem. Management should explore fixing the technology at this location. I am going to consider moving all of my prescriptions to another company because there is no value in going to this location if they can't process the cash deposits, waste my life checking out, and can't get my medications in on time. I would vote epic fail in all categories."
"Erika at the CVS Pharmacy on Sparks Blvd helped me in the pharmacy, she acted like I was bothering her to wait on me. She acted like it was a big chore to find my prescription. There was NO Customer service here today, I will look for another way to get my meds as I was clearly asking to much of her to be friendly and act like I do matter. usually customers do help pay her salary."
"Received text advising me that I had a prescription ready to pick up. Went there yesterday and the pharmacy was closed for lunch. Went back today and total experience was poor. I was the only customer waiting to pick up an Rx but had 3 people advise me it would be a minute. Then I was helped but the associate was rude - interrupting me after she asked me a question. I asked if customers could still pick up prescriptions that were ready between 1:30pm and 2:00pm and she advised me \"no\" - \"we need to be able to go to lunch\". I asked why everyone had to go at the same time (there were approximately 6 associates and a pharmacist in the store) and she just ignored me. Just very poor customer service."
"The CVS Pharmacy located at 5151 Sparks Blvd, Sparks NV 89436 has only been available by the drive thru window for weeks. This is causing unacceptable wait times of an hour or more, as well as extremely long lines of cars that block other cars in the parking lot, We were told that the inside security door of the pharmacy wasn't working and they were not able to assist people at the inside counter. If this is true, it has not been working for weeks and should have been repaired by now. We'll be looking for a new pharmacy."
"There was a point several years ago that I was so disappointed and frustrated with CVS that I vowed never to set foot in one again. A couple of months ago, when Savemart closed their pharmacy I decided to give them one more try. I’m happy to say that with they seem to have gotten it together. They made transferring all my scripts seamless and being able to refill online for most things is so much easier than doing it by phone. Tomorrow I go in for my flu and bivalent Covid vaccinations. I expect as pleasant an experience as possible. Well done store 4691!"
