"WORST/Incompetence!! This CVS pharmacy location is the worst pharmacy I've ever experienced. After telling the pharmacy Tech TWICE to take me off of auto-refills because I no longer use their pharmacy because of incorrect quantity not matching the directions more than once and the absolute arrogance of the male pharmacist working one of the dates telling me that, "it's impossible to fill them wrong".. that it is unable to be filled because it's too soon when my doctor has ordered an increase [ therapeutic titration] which needed to be explained to and overridden by my insurance [yes that IS possible] only to have continuous auto refills by CVS which make it impossible for my current pharmacy to have each prescription filled on-time. Prior to today, I have made the same request to the SAME male manager TWICE! Off the chart Incompetence!"
"This is a great location, very clean and the employees are kind. I like that there is plenty of parking and it's easy to get to."
"The staff at the CVS pharmacy on Vista Bl. in Sparks, NV are very friendly and helpful. I would encourage those of you who live nearby to use this pharmacy as your default store."
"Haven't been here in a while. Came here only because my regular pharmacy hasn't been able to fill a prescription. CVS was able to fill it so that was good. Sadly, that was the only thing positive about this visit. I should start by saying I quit using CVS because the pharmacy I use now is closer. When I quit using CVS they were already beginning to show visible signs of corporate cut backs. The employees were fewer in number and those remaining didn't seem happy and were obviously overworked. The line at the counter was usually 6 people deep and it took FOREVER to get anything done. That was then this is now. This time I wish I could say things have changed for the better. They haven't. I was the ONLY person in line and I still stood there 15min before someone acknowledged I was even there. One girl was on the phone and her computer the entire time. Even between calls, she acted like I wasn't there. Bottom line, the employees are burned out. Customer service has suffered. Too bad. I used to like CVS. OTOH, they did come through when the other guys couldn't so..."
"This cvs pharmacy is a disgrace. They have 0 customer service. The other disgraceful part about this particular cvs they are never on time when they say it's gonna be done wait another hour and maybe if your really lucky you can go get your media and deal with the piss poor customer service. Los Altos cvs is a hundred times more efficient and friendly."
