"Advertised as “all-you-can-eat” lobster buffet. After waiting 40m in line, we received a raffle ticket with no explanation and no signage about the lobster. After grabbing food and plates we were at the lobster line only to find out we needed to bring the raffle tickets for the lobster. Then, we were informed that we were only able to get 1 lobster per person. The price was 50% higher for a single lovster and no where on the website or restaurant did it state it was one lobster. After eating for over an hour and requesting a manager 3x (who was supposedly in a meeting at 6pm on a weekend) she finally showed up. The manager even admitted to that they should have explanation of 1 per person. When we showed proof on the site that it said all you can eat she diverted and said there were other lobster items. Waste of a buffet, simple seafood items with terrible service"
"FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Please be aware that the “all you can eat lobster” buffet is not. You get ONE lobster per person. They do not advertise it this way. The website literally says “all you can eat lobster”. Staff also does not advertise this or make customers aware of the policy. Once you pay and sit down is when you are made aware. Please call them out on this before paying and sitting down. Management policy is atrocious and only causes anger to be taken out on staff. Please do not come here. This would not be an issue if this were open and transparent to the public. But it is a bait and trap tactic."
"The PHO is fantastic! The service amd food is so yummmmmy. Open Thursday-Sunday. Closed Monday and Tuesday and Wednesday. Unfortunately you got to hate your money because it will cost you at least $45 per person."
"The service was great. The last few times I sent the crab was delicious and so was the pasta, truly the highlight of my visits. However, last night the pasta I had made at the pasta station had raw garlic when I asked for it to be fried, well the cook did fry the garlic but not good enough to cook it. The crab was horrendous. Tasted like old crab. However the T-bone steak, clam chowder, and stir fry shrimp was good. And the best dessert they have, in my opinion, is the mini molten lava cake."
"The first thing you’ll experience is sticker shock when they charge you $72 per person plus tax comes out to $75 per person. It’s not uncommon to find a lengthy line with 30 to 45 minute wait. Once you’re seated, there’s a variety of stations, where you can get everything from Italian, smokehouse, Italian, comfort, food, and a pretty big dessert bar. They have unlimited crab. They have both ope and Dungeness. my only complaint about the crab is that they serve it warm, which makes it difficult to pull the meat out in one piece. But you can eat all you want. I would say the quality of food for the price is not what I would expect. My server was courteous and very attentive."
