"I normally have good service but I the past two times I’ve been there they have messed up on my order. Just this morning I ordered the munchie box and a cheese cake and when I got home they forgot my cheese cake. I tried calling 3 times nd no one answered. The last time I was there I ordered the five chicken strip meal and received only 3 strips but was charged for 5."

"Not sure what's happened here in the last 7 months but this place has gone down just like the McDonald's up the street. Girl with short black hair, drawn on eyebrows and glasses talks down to me like I'm an inconvenience ordering food, then forgets items from my order and I'm in the wrong apparently for asking for my missing items but talking and flirting with her coworkers was more important and pressing. Hope this establishment does better and makes this place shine like it once did cause these teens are not helping anything."

"They forgot the drink for my kids' meal, the nuggets were so overcooked that my grandson couldn't eat them! We had to share my sandwich and drink! They also forgot the extra sandwich I asked for at the window. They didn't forget to charge me, tho! I always have to check when I go to this one. The quite often don't get the order right! The food is usually good. Other than chicken nuggets. Those are always overcooked. My kids can't even eat them."
