"I came to Churchs today for the first time. Never tried it before but I heard it was good so I wanted to see what was up. The nice lady working the drive thru window was really nice and patient and gave me her personal favorite sauce to try and recommend the jalapeño tradition and everything seeing as it was my first time. Long story short I messed that food up it looked like a crime scene; and who ever was working the window at 4:20pm give her a raise pls."

"Our first time here spent almost $40.. supposed to be a family mix(came out only legs and a few thighs) smh missing peppers no sauce no thing.. everyone have a long day but wanted to get something already made instead of cooking.. pls don't forget we all work hard to get money dont be over charged but less products.."

"I understand that they are understaffed but need to do better with customer service, I received my cup wit a broken lid so when it was handed to me the lemonade spilled all over me and my car, I proceeded to say it was ok because mistakes happen and I hope she didn’t Purposely give it to me knowing the lid was broken. I also asked for extra Creamy Jalapeño sauce and Ketchup to come with both of my 5 pc combos and only got 3 Creamy Jalapeño sauces but no Ketchup. Please do better this store has so much potential to be better and it’s the little details like that, that make people want to keep coming back no matter the wait if you have a great service experience. I’m not happy with the service today and hope for a better future for the employees."
