"I'm not sure if they're unprofessional or just callous, lazy and apathetic, but I'm beginning to understand why this Burger King location trends downward in the rating scale. You order THREE items - three simple items - and some dunce working there leaves one item out. And you know perfectly well why this happened. The napping ding-dong entrusted to place all ordered items inside the bag couldn't give less of a flying flip about their job or about customer service."

"The lady that took my order was rude act like she didn't even see me when I'm standing right in front of her . I wouldn't have mind if she at least tell me ill be right with you but nope whole time nothing I'm asking for my food and she has a face like she can't understand me I don't see why if your job is to service customers. If you don't like what you do for living change your job . Worst part is I think she was the manager.. your supposed to set a example for all your workers . As for the food it's always good place is always clean it took more then 25 minutes to get my food."
