"Ordered TWO two slice combos - only received three slices. Three pepperoni and one sausage but only received the three pepperonis. I wrote the driver immediately and she said that everything is contactless and it was out of her control. I spoke to the manager at Sbarro and he was unapologetic. He swore he put everything in the bag and to call DoorDash because it's the driver's fault. All this finger pointing and im still missing a slice."

"Pizza is really good! We don’t eat pizza that often but when we do it’s always for a function or watching a game. I got the phone number directly from staff to plan it well. I called numerous times with no answer as I needed some customization but I was forced to order online. The online order sent an email to confirm my pick up time which worked well for our timing for the game snd when I got there to pick it up they where just popping the pizza in, I asked why they didn’t send me confirmation so I didn’t have to sit there and wait but I had to wait another 15 mins. Manager told me they are short staffed and we’re not picking up the phone, that is unacceptable for a business, at least change the message so tell us why there is no answer. Was a good pizza though."
