Doggie District - Silverado

"THEY ARE AMAZING HERE! My pup Winston is always so happy to come here, he gets excited in the car on our way to daycare he knows where were going. They are helpful and always reach out if there is anything going on. If we ever go out of town, we feel comfortable leaving him with the team. We are always greeted by name and quick drop off/ pick up process so I can get on my way."

"Incompetent in every way! Do not, under any circumstances leave your dog here to be groomed. First, the appointment that I made yesterday wasn’t registered. They kept my dog, saying that it’s no problem. Then they called me 3.5 hrs after I dropped my dog off to say that the groomer still hasn’t showed up, 3.5 hours!!!! They won’t let me talk to a manager, out of fear of getting fired, I’m sure, rightly so. So I tell them I’ll just pick up the dog and have her groomed somewhere else, still asking for the manager, still only getting excuses. When I get there, I find my dog on the grooming table, against my explicit wishes. They give me my dog, the grooming job is half done, the cut is crooked and she hasn’t even been brushed properly. I have to bring her somewhere else to fix it now. This has been the worst grooming experience I’ve ever had. This place should be shut down. Horrible."

"I get to have Sunday Funday almost every week. Sometimes my pawrents can't take me everywhere so they bring me to doggie play-daycare and it's also a good socialization experience. I have so much fun that I fall to sleep on the ride home. I always get super excited and give the staff loads of kisses and I'm always beyond happy to go there, my humans can't get me out of the car fast enough. It gets all the tail wags from me.. oh yeah even when it's not very doggie friendly weather we still get to play inside."

"I absolutely adore Doggie District - Silverado location. My baby boy has been going there ever since he was a puppy and loves going to daycare. The place is very clean and the staff is amazing, always so nice and very caring and helpful. I take my boy there anywhere from one to five times a week and he always gets all his energy out which is wonderful. They have doggie parties and it’s always so much fun to get the pictures from the party. What I really love about Doggie District daycare is it not only allows him to interact with other dogs but teaches him how to interact with dogs at daycare and outside of daycare. It’s also nice that they are very understanding when it comes to special diets which my boy is on. The Doggie District Silverado Ranch location has a beautiful facility and an amazing staff who I feel loves my baby boy as much as I do. Thank you for being AWESOME!"
