"This store is consistently lousy. I placed an order via their app today. They didn’t have what I ordered so they replaced it with a lesser burger. I wasn’t tickled but I agreed. When the driver showed up I asked him about our drinks… they never gave them to him. He said the lady working complained she was alone and made him go through the drive through. As she had locked the lobby doors. He said he would be happy to go back for our drinks. He never made it back to us as the restaurant was closed. At 6pm. Now I’m out my money because their app says to contact the store and no answer, surprise. DoorDash can’t refund because we used the Jack In The Box app. Totally unacceptable. I do not recommend this store."

"Best value cheap eats you can find in Vegas. Extremely affordable and tasty burgers and tacos. Budget friendly and not far from the Strip bus stop."

"We had the misfortune to dine in.. the place was really dirty. Few tables and almost all of them unusable because of rest of food or soda spilled. The floor was a French fries graveyard. The service was very good, but it looked like it only had 2 employees, Just when we were finishing, the employee started cleaning the tables, so that was good. The Burger was nice but the fries a bit too greasy. I would recommend to take out the order if you plan to go."

"Super unsanitary dining area. It seems understaffed so no one is taking care of basic cleaning on tables and floor. I am not very picky and I don’t tend to comment here but this was excessive. The food is good though."
