"Our chef, David, had a horrible attitude from beginning to end. and ruined the experience. The lobster was the only thing that had flavor, though it was overcooked. Steaks are very small comparing to other teppanyaki steak houses and far inferior quality than Benihana's. Because their cooking table is also smaller, the chef places the huge pile of rice "over" and along the side edge, covering an entire open grove, with food getting stuck in there. I noticed no attention was ever paid to cleaning this part which is collecting food particles over and over - very unsanitary."

"This reminds me of benihana, where they do the show for you at the table while they cook for you but our server was not fun enough, and the food needed sauce and flavor. I had to ask for teriyaki . The food looks great but when you eat it there is no flavor. I had shrimp with no flavor chicken was just okay. And the filet mignon was good but it needed A1 or heinz 57 All the other tables were having fun and ours was so boring. You couldn't even hear the guy talking with his mask on."

"The food was great. Big portions. Very friendly service. As a customer I was owned by every employee. Didn't matter whose table I was at. Every person served and talked and asked and thanked. Definitely a team effort. The building is definitely aging. But it's clean. Like I said, a hard-working staff. So they're cleaning."
