"I always order the same dish here and it's the seafood tofu soup. I've tried tofu soup at a handful of other places but I am a repeat customer at Soyo because of the broth. The broth is so flavorful that other Korean restaurants just doesn't come close to the depth and complexity of broth they use here. Love it! Do prefer the Rainbow location over their new one on Flamingo. It's much cozier even if the menu is almost the same."

"Soyo is one of my favorite places for the Korean Barstaurant experience in Las Vegas! The food is super tasty and the vibe is very cozy and inviting. The staff have always been friendly and accommodating. It’s a great place to bring a group of friends, a date, or family. Can’t recommend this place enough! Can get busy during the rush hours but is worth the wait!"

"The place wasn’t busy the time we got there, seated right away. The place is nice. Service was good. Food came out timely and we were informed when one of our order wasn’t placed so that took time. I enjoyed what we ordered and portion was good for the price. My only complaint would be the side servings were very salty including the kimchi, so salty that it wasn’t even edible."

"From the moment we walked in we knew it was going to be good! The staff were awesome answering questions and recommending dishes. We got the spicy squid, fried chicken wings, corn cheese and ban Chan. The portions were Brett generous, the food was delicious and authentic."

"We ordered BBQ Short ribs they were on the chewy side not tender. Garlic Squid: some pieces were tender and some were very rubbery. 2 orders Spicy Tofu soup one Seafood and the other Beef they were tasty but Spicy! The steamed dumplings just ok. Like other reviewers Service is not very attentive they did not come back to check, no refill of water and we had to flag them for the check!"
