"This Chuck E. Cheese wasn’t too pleasant. When my wife, son and myself walked in we were not greeted at all and it took ten minutes for somebody to come out and assist us with purchasing a game card for 45 minutes which ended up being fun for us until some other kid decided to go in front of my wife and son during a skee ball game and it’s like we’re looking around for the parents in which they were on their phone sitting at table or something. I understand it’s a kids place to have fun but to cut in front us while we’re in the middle the game as our son is a year and a half and the other kid was bigger it just didn’t sit right with us and it wasn’t right. After our 45 minute session of game time and ride time it was time for us to go and as we were walking out the employees behind the counter we’re just on their phone, not even a care in the world and on our way out they said have a good day guys and we just ignored her because it seemed like their phone was more important than the customers."

"I'm a fan of you guys! Love games!! WHY IS EVERYONE HATING THIS PLACE!!!??? Guys, I know, staff are not friendly for all of you, but this place is meant to be fun and nice. Try and come back here next time and see if your experience is much better, then add or edit your reviews to 5 star. That's what I would do when I have a bad experience. Overall, 5 stars. Price is just right, the staff is friendly, pizza and other foods are tasty, the place is clean, and games are working properly. My family loves this place. I really enjoyed. This place has lots of toys. I really recommend going to this place for everyone! We'll definitely come back soon!"

"Saturday, 4/22/22 at 2pm. The place is not too busy. It’s clean, trashes are taken out constantly, bathrooms, salad bar, booths and drink areas are kept clean and wiped down and sanitized at all times. There are large parties in the back but all contained. There are plenty of sitting booths available for families to enjoy. We ordered the #4 combo which includes a large pizza, 2 drinks and appetizer platter. We were given a buzzer and food was ready in 20mins. The drink cups included in our order are small, but include unlimited refills of Pepsi products. If you download the app and sign up for the rewards, the cashier can scan your code and add 500 bonus tickets to your account. Katelyn our cashier was awesome. She was efficient and runs the show upfront. Highly recommend this location."

"Spring, Fall, Winter and Summer, always a great place for the kids! They always enjoy there visit here. Big variety of games and great Pizza as well. Takes up at least 2 hours of a day with the kids and they have a blast. The hourly card are the best for them, they can play as much as they want !"
