"I had high hopes for this place but it was a big disappointment. Everything is premade and lacks actual love for food. I could get the same food at Panda Express for less money. The biggest disappointment was the dessert baos that melted before we even got to try them."

"Worst food ever!!! Ugh. Spent over $100 for a family meal and it was so bland, no vegetables in our noodles. Did not look like the photos on door dash. Went in to try and get a refund and they employees can’t refund me themselves, so I have to wait for a manager to call me! Ugh"

"Look at this bowl of goodness. I really like this place....the staff is soooooo friendly and helpful. I had the beef pho and had a choice of noodles, I picked rice noodles this time. The only thing was that my beef broth was not piping hot....it was hot-ish. So because of that their was still some redness in my beef, but the taste was divine....Also, I paid a dollar less for my regular size bowl at this location, than their Henderson location."

"Really wanted to try the restaurant but was a little disappointed. My noodle dish was pretty good. My wife's rice dish was very bland. The wings were good sized but maybe a little over cooked. People working the counter didn't seem like they were fully knowledgeable about the menu or possibly just not that into it. Place was clean and the atmosphere was cool."

"First time here. Visited during the "slow" time for eateries, had only 1 employee and the mgr. Had to wait a few minutes as the employee multi-tasked taking call-in orders, fulfilled a takeout order and served a table their food. This is a place that you create your own bowl of selected food items or select from 4 pre-made bowl options. I opted to try a pre-made bowl, it was ok. It was more rice with a few slices of meat and small amount of veggies for taste."
