"This is an update on 3/4/2024. They lost some points for service. Food compared to other bars is good; but it took over 30 minutes to get the food after it was ordered. The rest of the service had issues, too."

"I ordered food 2 weekends in a row. The first time I received my order, key components of the sandwich were missing and there were no fries. I gave them a pass and figured it was just a mistake. After placing my second order I called and made sure that everything I ordered would be in the bag. I was assured that it would be. Well, I was wrong. I ordered the same thing and guess what? No fries. I called and talked to John the Manager. I let him know that this happened 2 weekends in a row. He immediately wanted to blame it on the delivery driver. He then said that people call hoping to get free food by saying that their order never arrived or that items were missing. He recommended that I call the delivery service. I explained that I was not looking for free items. I told him that I simply called to let John know that there was a strong possibility that his staff was not fulfilling the orders correctly. He was very nonchalant about it and said that he was "fairly" sure the fries were in the bag. That's unacceptable considering this has occurred 2 times on 2 consecutive weekends. Keep in mind that each time there was a different delivery driver. You cannot tell me that both drivers were so hungry that they both ate my fries before getting to me, on two separate occasions. Seriously John? You owe me 2 orders of fries. By the way, they are not considered free if you paid for them. Do better."

"Great atmosphere- clean & modern. Asked server about reward program advertised in breezeway. She said it was being revamped & could be ready next week or November. Weird timeline but they should probably remove the 2 posters advertising it. Server was friendly & efficient. However, avoided conflict. When asked how my good was I told them..umm, it’s okaaaayyy..they said perfect and beat it. Missed opportunity. Drinks were spot on and beautiful. Dinner- Silverware could use some hot water Crab cake was a C Salad- ranch is good, blue cheese is not. Steak gets a C Fried chicken- burnt & dry inedible (F) Mac & cheese- unadvertised spicy..why anyone would ruin a classic in this way is beyond me. When check came I asked for refund on chicken, I literally took 2 bites, and they asked if I’d like something else. See missed opportunity above. They did remove the charge."

"We celebrated a friend's birthday and had the best time. Our server was great. She hung decorations for us, and she made sure the birthday girl had everything she needed. We ordered and shared an adult pb&j, fried artichokes, lobster rolls with chips, and chicken wings. Some of the girls had margaritas, and they loved them. Cool spot to watch the game or have a drink and shoot some pool."
