"they let someone hold up the whole drive thru for 10 minutes, just chatting with the window, trapping some of us between cars. then when i finally did get my order the ice in my drink was melted. overall it was very disappointing how the restaurant chose to handle one problem customer at the expense of all of us behind them."

The food was delicious, hot, and fresh, exceeding my expectations. The restaurant was clean and inviting, creating a pleasant atmosphere for dining in. "I come to this location just about everyday around lunch transition. I feel like the only thing I could complain about is the grill team isn't ready to serve lunch at 10:30 am. I usually have to wait around the corner for a mcdouble and a drink smh. Other than that, staff is friendly and food is great."

"Placed Uber eats order for breakfast items at 10 am, just now at 10:47 I get a notification saying that my order was cancelled by the store. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to make a couple breakfast sandwiches and a couple coffees let alone have the whole order cancelled. I have worked at McDonald's in the past I know how long each item takes to make and how long the whole preparation is, this is literally unexcusable.I will never be ordering from this location again."

"I literally just left from there, trying to order me some food, but wasn’t able to because the code that I gave them on the app it was not working the guy that took my order. He stated to me there was nothing that they can do about it it’s the stupid app, he didn’t honor the 20% or nothing he said due to the app having difficulty he can’t honor it. This is very bad customer service. I will also be calling to speak to a manager in the morning"
