"XPO was contracted by SAMSUNG for delivery of my new fridge. The 3 individuals who came to my home did an incredible job and were very helpful. The fridge did not fit through my upper level kitchen entry so they placed the fridge in my dining room. I was able to make the modification shortly after they left and I am extremely happy with my new purchase! Thank you!"

"They damaged my $1500 Traeger grill. Now I gotta wait another 2 weeks for a replacement. I hope Traeger chooses another courier this time."

"Horrible service!! 2 days in a row they had me set up for a 8am-12pm delivery!! I had to reschedule the first day because I called at 2pm and they said a few more hours!! Today I called at almost 2pm cause my package STILL isn't here and they say I need to be available all day!! Im a busy person that actually works for a living!! Now I missed 2 hours of work yesterday and who knows how many today!! Costing me time and money!! Plus when you call, the people on the phone are extremely rude!! I'd give zero stars if it was an option"

"My package was scheduled to be delivered on December 2nd. I checked back and it says customer rescheduled for December 16th. No one ever contacted me to change the delivery times. This was my son's birthday gift that will now be here after his birthday! I'm extremely upset. Judging by all the reviews, if it shows up at all and in one piece."

"XPO was transporting a fairly time sensitive item for a job. Let's just say they managed to lose medium sized pallet type shipment, then "found it" again, couldn't deliver it because it was stuck in the nose of a trailer for 4 days, told us we could be picked up in person then proceeded to backpedal once we were already there and tell us they loaded it back onto a trailer somewhere at their facility again. XPO has been the limiting factor for this job for the past 2 weeks. When we went to get it in person, you can see why they're behind on everything. Broken pallets and goods scattered everywhere blocking some of their loading docks and loading ramps. I would steer clear of them at all costs. Seems like they might be going under too. For every 1 XPO logistics semi trailers in their facilities lot they have another 5 Priority Courier semi trailers."
