"“FREAKY FAST!” is a joke here. It took over an hour and a half for me to get my order. After an hour of waiting I call to follow up and they say I am, “Next in the queue, we have only 1 delivery driver.” Then wait an additional half hour and still notice nothing. I decide to walk out my door and lo and behold there is what I ordered! Would have been nice if the driver bothered knocking on my door or ringing the doorbell to let me know they dropped off. Next time you guys take that long to do a delivery, maybe try to let your customers know so they don’t get as frustrated. Nobody should have to wait well over an hour just to get a sandwich delivered!"

"DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE. The staff at this restaurant are terrible. They can not READ delivery orders. Nor do they take accountability when they mess up an order. Instead, they try to turn it around on the customer, saying it was too many substitutions (no substitutions, just no tomato, no lettuce, and add bacon). Also, when you order delivery, they just throw your order on your steps and don't notify you that your order has arrived."

"Ordered from this Jimmy John’s, it took an hour and 40 minutes to get my order. When I did it REEKED of cigarettes. Even the plastic chip bags smelled like cigarettes. When calling the store the employees had no idea where their driver was or what was going on. The manager was also completely incompetent. I’ve never had such a bad experience from a Jimmy John’s."

"Came in to buy the new caprese sandwich and was excited as I work at another sub shop and we don’t carry this one. I bought the biggest size just for one of the main ingredients the mozzarella to be missing and the balsamic glaze which quite literally makes the sandwich what it is. When I called and asked for a refund I got attitude because I wouldn’t take store credit, and I could hear the guy talking foul about me to his co workers. Some staff you got working there."
