"I placed an online delivery order and when it showed up, I discovered something had gone wrong in the ordering process and I had inadvertently ordered only one pizza instead of the two like I thought I had. I called and the man I spoke with was courteous and understanding, and offered to send me a new pizza for free, when all I was asking for was a waived delivery fee on another pizza due to the mix up (I insisted on paying for the pizza since it wasn't any fault of theirs). They got another pizza out to my house in a very timely manner and the delivery driver was nice, too. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by this kindness, and will continue to buy pizza from this location."
