"Would give fewer stars if I could. Both times I have gotten rides from mik my return rides have taken over an hour to get me (and I had to call for updates several times each time) causing me to miss appointments, and generally disrupting my day. The drivers spend more time looking at their phones than the roads, swiping through apps and texting people while driving. They drive recklessly, and tailgate. They shouldn't be in business. The people on the phone are unprofessional and don't give information. Vehicles also smell, and I could really do without them blasting overtly religious music."

"This company the people working there are very unprofessional. I tried to get a charged changed and no one new how to do that or the only one that could do that was not there. The person I spoke to today was very rude kept cutting me off in mid sentence would not let me finish a sentence and could not help me. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Also they bill you the day you make the date for transportation instead of the date you actual are actually picked up."

"If I had written this review about 3 years ago it would've been 5 stars! But that was before they'd become overwhelmed by customer overload. Clearly not enough drivers to handle what they now take on, regardless if they spoke enough English (which, for whatever reason has never seemed to be a required qualification)? And this was all before you are now handed over to Miss Excuse of the Moment, Pass the Buck, Give a Lie Before & After Blaming and Yelling at Customer Prior to Hanging Up on Them Miller. What (yes, that's gotta be her real name)! IF you have had the "pleasure" when first riding with them to speak to 'her' the cust serv rep, you may have had my experience: Where you're asked if you qualify for their door THRU door service (attempting to be like Metro Mobility, I gather) and listen to her promise you the best service in the world - complete with a nicey-nice purr in her voice. Says the word 'promise' no less than 8X. We'll treat you like a QUEEEEN, her schpeil goes. Guess which creature I got on the line when the drivers weren't in on said promises & would show up too late for my appts (if they came at all)? Yes, and it was all somehow my fault & that I was "welcome to find myself another company!" click. Well I did and couldn't be more relieved. Clean, well-kept vans don't stop clinics from refusing to see extremely late patients. Lastly, if like me, you were wondering abt the 5 star reviews here: Check 'em out.. their names appear to be Russian. Not sure why they also seem to be from the same range of abt 3-mos apart!? My guess is Miss Expletive-Expletive (I spoke of) instigated a ratings-boosting posse. Like many MANY others here - I implore you to seek decent, caring transport from ANY OTHER COMPANY!"

"They took my $$$ and never showed up to take my brother to a doctors appointment.. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN... When I called about 20 minutes prior to pickup to verify, " Driver will be there in 8 minutes." When I called at the time of his appointment, because I had not seen a driver," We don't have a pickup for your brother.".......NEVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY.... I would have paid more to just get decent service.."

"Everytime I drop my son off at his center I dread when I see Mik in the parking lot. The parking is cramped enough and when they are there they block you in with one or sometimes two vehicles for more than 10 minutes while they stare at their phones or doing a drop off. Here is a shining example of the quality of their drivers."
