Pizza Hut 2135 Cliff Road, Eagan, MN 55122

"I've had a tough time with pizza hut the last few years, even though it's been my favorite since I was a kid. Tonight is the first time pizza hut actually tasted like I remember. The cheesy bread was actually cheesy, instead of tasting like cheezits and wheat bread. The pizza was crispy, cheesy, soft and amazing (I got the dinner box). Whoever was working here and making the pies tonight should be the manager if they're not already. Thank you for restoring my faith in pizza in these trying times, please keep it going"

"I ordered online through Pizza Hut my food was given to a Door Dash driver that left it in the entryway of a large apartment complex. Someone took my pizza. I will never order from here again. If I wanted Door Dash I would have ordered through them."

"I received wrong order and call the store, no answer...let ring over 2 minutes each time and ring turns to dial tone Service has declined the last several months...when go to pickup no one in sight for 2-5 minutes Received wrong pizza, ordered sausage rec'd pepperoni...new hot honey wings completely missing sauce 1st time I wish I would've ordered through door dash because at least I'd get customer service"

"Food was not what I ordered, manager was rude young and sounded very high or intoxicated when I called to check on my order, she didn't ask me about my order didn't like the way I answered her and hung up on me. She hung up on me just to say I'm not going to be listening to people complain! I advise not going to Eagan Pizza Hut on Cliff road!!!! I repeat do not go to the Eagan Pizza Hut on Cliff road!!!!! Right Shay?? That's the rude Manger lady?"

"My initial gripe was placing an order for delivery twice but getting called that they have no delivery drivers. I was compensated for this by luckily not having to try and call the store. The number either routes to a call center or continues to ring and ring.Then on my third attempt I went in for carryout which makes me incredibly uncomfortable right now as I'm pregnant and trying not to get sick. The cinnamon rolls were burned and the boneless wings were hardly tossed in their sauce. I believe this was made by the man in flannel who seems to always be running the counter and I think his name is Andy. I was again compensated for this. My fourth attempt I decided to try curbside contact less. After 20 minutes of waiting after the ready time I tried to call but again it just rang. So I tried to wait until the lobby was clear to mask up and head inside. My interaction with Andy went poorly. I explained I was upset that no one tried to call me to let me know I needed to wait longer. I had no clue if my food was sitting there getting cold. And I didn't want to go in currently at risk. He claimed it wasn't done (I could see my wings done and up in the fryer basket and the only other thing was a small cheese pizza) and they were too busy to call. I pressed I didn't want to come in and Andy walked away. Originally I turned to the door but decided to cancel my order. Not worth getting bad food after that or getting compensated yet again. Unfortunately I had to shout in the restaurant to get the third employee I had seen at the store to come from the back to refund my order. If there are 3 people there how couldn't one call me? The black bearded guy who helped me with a refund wasn't sorry or overly friendly but he wasn't as rude as Andy."
