"Very limited girls section, not stocked at all, bathrooms are dirty, only one register open, all others closed, long purchase line, just don't have staff. Biggest issue, prices are mismarked, discount signs are inaccurate. Consequently paid 50 dollars for a 35 dollar pair of girls addidas running pants. Came back the next day and they were unable to fix the issue. I've been a customer for 40 years, but I'm not coming back. pants was from the women's department, but pants were girls14 and hanging with pants for35. I just bought the wrong mismarked pair. They wouldn't"

"I’ve always been a JCPenney’s person. I like their merchandise and their rewards program. Lately, the staff seems much more inviting in welcoming you in and asking if they can assist you in anyway. It’s a very nice store atmosphere!"

"A good place to go when you are investing in clothes. The quality is high, so the clothes last so much longer. I used to buy my son's school uniforms here. You ended up giving them away when he outgrew them. I bought Walmart and that stuff wasn't scotchguarded or anything and ended up buying JC Penney within a month. Little boys you know are tough."
