"It was a walk down memory lane. I hadnt been to a DQ in forever and it was just as tasty as ever. My only issue was the it smelled like sewer gas inside. They have some sort of plumbing issue. Owners need to look into that maybe pour some hot water down the drains."
"Yummy treat. Fast service. Customer service was okay. Not sure why they never offer a cup holder when I order 7 items, but I make it work. Lol"
"Last time I had Dairy Queen was like 15 years ago. Boy have things changed... We ordered a large and regular size onion rings and fries, I didn't expect to get kids meal sizes for full price. Usually when the price of stuff goes up, you get something bigger....seems fast food places have done the opposite, you now get less food for more of your money. Won't be coming back here. We ordered a bacon cheeseburger (cheese wasn't melted/ not warm burger) "regular" fries, and I guess "normal" onion rings and banana split for $24...another $6 dollars and we could of just went to Bodines for a full meal. I'll come back here for dessert but definitely not food again. We ate our food and we're still hungry from the portion sizes."
"Very well staffed. Kind and patient. Drive thru has an organized operation during peak hours. Indoor dining. Freshly made food."
"Disgusting. I spent almost $60 on 3 meals, and we got molded ranch, which we didn't know was molded until we dipped our fries into it. Oh and our shriveled up chicken strips that we only got 4 of. And then my husband goes to take a bite of his chili dog and got a nice bite of mold just to see that our hot dog buns were molded as well. Then when I drove across town to get a refund since everyone lost their appetite in fear of what we would find next. They wanted to refund me for the molded food only. They wanted to give me a whole $5.76 back. I asked for a refund of everything so we could purchase food somewhere else..but still only wanted to refund me $5.76. Update: The big wigs contacted me to ask me the situation. Which was nice that they responded so quickly and showed concern. So... After spending $60 on food no one wanted to eat due to molded bread and curdled ranch (which she tried to tell me their ranch is usually clumpy but she's not the one that had a mouth full of it... They sent me a DQ gift card for a whole whopping $20. Like a kick in the shin. Probably going to sell the gift card. I'll never eat there again and I won't ever recommend anyone to eat there. I've reached 2000 people already."
