"Ordered a sandwich online and as a long time customer I can definitely say it’s a little different than before from the old owner and the price has gone up. My order was missing the Parmesan cheese and the onion rings weren’t that warm but overall it was a good experience and good food non the less."

"Have eaten here for years under previous owner & never had a bad experience. The 1st time I ate a meal under the new owner was a disappointing experience. Same issues as many already posted. I gave 2nd chance, it wasn't much better. Today I received a sandwich that half of bread completely crumbled & everything fell out of sandwich. The other half was so hard it couldn't be eaten. So, I guess 3 strikes your out. Very disappointing follow up to the previous owner. I also do not understand why the owner only responds to the few positive reviews but doesn't acknowledge any of the negative feedback that seems to be consistent."

"We've gone to this sandwich place for years, but it's been a short minute. Did not kno that the owner sold the place and was bragging to our friend who we brought to lunch. We bought 4 different sand , each of us were unhappy with what we got. very terrible service paid 80 bucks for 4 sandwiches, sodas and none of us enjoyed our melse, let alone finish them. We also ordered an order of fries which were old and cold. We waited fifteen minutes to be called up to put our toppings on and they proceed with we close in nine minutes. We watched the young man turned a lady away, saying that they closed. When they were still people in there. They were not very friendly. Food was terrible. I will say the nice new paint and clean place was nice. But we will never go back. Sorry to see the old owner leave we miss you."

"Used to be the best, friendliest place to go, homemade meatball subs, good recommendations. We loved going after baseball practices. Everything was good! Went once since the guy had to sell it, will literally never go back. The meatball sandwich was burnt Costco meatballs at best, on cheap store rolls with some ragu and provolone. Can't imagine how they can screw up a meatball and how bad they might screw up everything else. Hard to say a new owner could fix this horrific of a start but I hope they either do fix it, or just sell to someone who actually cares about the quality of their food in the slightest to give us back our nice small business, wonderful sandwich place or at least close even."

"$12 dollar bacon burger. We ordered two of them. My son didn’t want me to say anything to the people at the counter, but dang. This is also after leaving a tip. This used to be a special spot for my son and I, and now I won’t go back. The prices are higher for worse tasting food. I’m guessing the need to recoup the cost of the Reno. Idk."
