"The host spoke both Spanish and English and just wrote down the name on the waiting list. The old lady in the back was very friendly and helped to find the table for us. The servers were quite pushing us to place the order and in a hurry leaving the check on our table. I did not feel good with the servers and their service. Fried pork intestine and the braised pork chop tasted great. The stinky tofu was just fine. The braised beef in the beef noodle soup tasted a bit dry and hard; not the fan."

"A guy took our order (he had a man bun) 1/24/24 around 12:40. We ordered a strawberry boba and Brown sugar. Off the bat the guy was rude and looked so annoyed when we told him if he can remove the third drink we had said. The strawberry boba I had ordered tasted nothing like strawberry. It tasted so gross. When is comes to their dishes (food) it is good but with that type of customer service my coworkers and I are not coming back."

"$10 for the braised pork rice, but all u get is a giant bowl of steam rice an egg, 2 pieces pickled radishes, and some sauce, THERE’s no braised pork at all. Super disappointed!!! PS popcorn chicken is good tho"

"We were roadtripping back to the Bay Area and stopped here for a bite to eat. Food was exactly what I was craving! Beef pancake, beef noodle soup, and a milk tea to seal the deal! Owners were lovely and the bathroom was clean. Service was fast + courteous and food came out quickly. Would highly recommended! I am definitely bookmarking for future trips in Reno!"
