"By far the worst Burger King I have ever been to. Customer service was awful! We order a cookie and it was so hard nearly bounced of the table, when asked for a refund the cashier had such an attitude and refuse to give it to me until the manager showed up. Save yourself sometime and don't dine here."
"2 months ago it was 2 double cheeseburgers for 5$, then it was 2 single cheeseburgers for 5$, and now it's 2 single tiny hamburgers for 5$. Corpos lost their minds . Choco shakes also went up a dollar. It's $10 for garbage. They don't even stir the shake - you have to provide your own cheese. The ketchup dispenser doesn't work at all."
"Honestly, it's terrible. They always take forever to make a burger even if there is only one or two people ahead. The longest I waited for a fast food burger was at their drive thru 40 minutes. I only waited that long was because I was trapped cars ahead of me and cars behind me. To be honest you would probably go faster in the in-n-out line and probably get better quality. My advice is if you value your time don't come here. You'll wait forever for your meal and by the time you get it it'll be cold."
"If there is ever a place to do the "Whammy Burger" scene from the movie "Falling Down," this place is it! Not going to ever eat here again except for the fries. Just got a whopper (low carb), no bun, lettuce wrap. NO SAUCE ON IT! HORRIBLE and plain. Low carb does NOT mean no sauce! UGH!! There is no ketchup, no mayo. Lady handed me the bag and shut the window asap. Didn't even offer me sauce for my taco, did not offer me ketchup or mayo packets. Did not put ANY sauce on my whopper. It is literally just a plate with a super thin plain patty, and surrounding the patty are some pickles, onion, lettuce, tomato and a few small lettuce pieces. They did not even give me lettuce leaves to wrap it with! They did not even bother to arrange the stuff properly on top of the whopper. IT is all off to the side. There is no cheese because they did not ask if I would like cheese with that. Patty is cool to the touch. I also asked for a whopper down, which means "fresh". "Down" is code word for making it fresh. The worker did not seem to know what that meant. Well, ten or twenty years ago, everyone knew what that meant. Value fries are good. Crispy taco was super super thin, barely anything in it, and tasted like it was made of wheat and not corn. Allergy alert, crispy tacos should all be made from corn shells."
"I don't often eat fast food but this weekend I went to 2 separate restaurants in Reno and had COMPLETELY different experiences. I went to Taco John's and loved the experience (see my Taco John's review). The food at Taco John's was delicious, inexpensive and the service was above average. Burger King was a disappointment in all of these respects. I'd watched a Whopper history video on YouTube over the weekend and was curious to see what Burger King's sandwich was about since I hadn't had one in probably 15 years. I ordered a Whopper meal, substituting a shake for the soda pop. This was just over $12! The employee I dealt with was very unenthusiastic and seemed to be in a bad mood. Upon receiving my food, the sandwich was lukewarm, which was the first time I'd ever experienced this and the fries tasted as if they were 3 days old. The shake was the worst I've had in years, as well. So, it'll be at least another 15 years before I go back to BK."
